Comus : a mask / now adapted to the stage ; as alter'd from Milton's Mask at Ludlow Castle, which was never represented but on Michaelmas-Day 1634, before the Rt. Hon. the Earl of Bridgewater, Lord President of Wales ; the principal performers were The Lord Brackley, Mr. Tho. Egerton, The Lady Alice Egerton ; the musick was composed by Mr. Henry Lawes, who also represented the Attendant Spirit.
